resultat of opening directory with long cyrilic name
DIRECTORY DOES NOT OPEN IF ITS NAME OR PATH CONTAIN 39+ CYRILIC CHARACTERS
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create direcrory with name what contains 39+ cyrilic characters. For
example "Довга назва дерикторії для підтвердження теорії"
2. Try to open this directory
OBSERVED RESULT
After opening of directory dolphin show bar with message that directory (not
full name of long directory name) does not found
EXPECTED RESULT
Directory opens without problems
