I have this bug since 6 Months and finally found this thread. I tried to apply
the patches to kwin-x11 and qtbase5-dev like Drake described and changed the
package name like John A suggested (I just renamed the source directory to
kwin-patched and qtbase5-dev-patched. Then used checkinstall to generate the
deb for installing it with dpkg), but nothing happened.
Do I have to tell KDE to use my package, or something else?
