this is the video of bug while try to apply a effect
SUMMARY
i am not able to adjust CYMK and many more effects, running bars aee shown in
adjusting lines
but i was able to did this on same pc with previous verson
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.add video in tiimeline
2. go to effect, colour, CYMK adjust
3. and its setting not working
