I can reproduce this bug today with Leap 42.3 in the first-described procedure,
so I think the initial explanation may be misleading.

Additional information:
This bug can reproduce with three dolphin windows in above environment.
But I can't reproduce this bug with openSUSE13.2 32bit(Kernel 3.16.7-42, KDE
4.14.9, Dolphin 15.04.0, Japanese)
