SUMMARY
Could not restart when clicked on the restart button . An error popped up. This
happened after I installed the system updates received for my KDE Neon
distribution. Had to restart using command from konsole
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. clicking on restart button

PC did not restart . Tried twice .
