I just tried in dunst which behaves the same as Plasma, just prints a warning

Anything unusual on dev console? All of the sites I mentioned in "Test Plan" of

You want a set of popups for each notification widget you have. This is

Sure, but not on the /org/freedesktop/ScreenSaver path.
