Trying to update G'MIC -Qt files on Windows 64 bits 2.3.0 and I get an error

Update error
The Update could not be achieved
because of the following errors:
Error downloading
I'm looking for dream smoothing in particular which is missing. Previous
version on my old PC worked beautifully. I have selected all the correct
security permissions, but still get the error.
