I removed Flameshot a week ago, and this problem has not occurred at since

It is normal for the same software to appear more than once in Discover.
For instance, search for Libreoffice. You will get results from the .deb

snap install fwupd --classic
updates the fwupd stack.
The problem goes away.
The bug occurs with
