Indeed, the Xorg specific behavior (rectangle region not being updated) could
be reproduced by multiple application here too, including Telegram Desktop

I get this on both x11 (with either modesetting ddx or intel ddx) and wayland

Turns out the wrong icon comes from
/home//.local/share/applications/.desktop which should be generated
by steam. Unfortunately steam is not open sourced.

notification. kcmshell-keys doesn't provide a way to set ANY command to ANY

Yes, I've tried IRC. I have waited some time for responce then shut down my PC
and in the morning didn't find a way to load messages that I wasn't able to
view. IRC is not user-friendly IMO.
