I have the exactly same issue and I also notice that the lock screen was only
rendered on the secondary display (and works if I move the mouse and give
focus). On the primary one only the mouse is visible. I am using nvidia
proprietary driver & plasma 5.13.5 (kubuntu 18.10). My primary display is
connected with display-port (Asus monitor) and the secondary is HDMI (Samsung
TV) Please let me know if you need any debug info I can provide. Thanks !
