I noticed that I can search for the title of my Konsole windows and it's
offered as a suggestion but it does not work if I search for Konsole although
the title clearly has console in it

The option to switch to an opened Konsole window is missing. The Window module
is enabled, I can search in Krunner for my opened Dolphin, Firefox and Chromium
