Aha thanks, that sure makes sense. Yet i'd rather have it drop to local shell,
both after closing ssh sesession and on ssh failure. But i suppose that's not

i noticed sometimes the lost columns are all hidden in the rightmost
millimeter. You can only see this when pulling the horizontal scrollbar to the
right. IMO a very simple fix
