Hi,
I only receive a pop-up notification for 3-5 seconds anytime I have a email. If
I am not present in my computer this moment I lost the notification. I would
like a permanent place in the systray like a plasmoid where I could watch my
incoming emails.

I use gmail feed plasmoid to replace this funcionality

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I receive a email
2.A pop-up appears for 5 second
3. Notification is lost


Expected Results:  
A place (plasmoid, systray) where I can check it without open kmail
