No. Also adding `bluetoothBlocked=true` to ~/.config/bluedevilglobalrc has no
effect.

Also rfkill shows different status of Bluetooth before and after reboot.
Before reboot:

> 0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
> Soft blocked: yes
> Hard blocked: no
After reboot:
