SUMMARY
On a new build of Breeze GTK, it uses the circled closed button by default
which is no longer a default for the Qt theme. The issue mostly impacts running
Breeze on non-KDE environments and inside flatpak where it can't access the
window_decorations.css and svg files in .config/gtk-3.0 folder.
