Video reproducing the bug.
SUMMARY
When hovering over an inactive tab of Dolphin, Konsole, etc. the animation
flickers a bit.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a tab in an application, for example Konsole.
2. Hover over the inactive tab using the cursor.
OBSERVED RESULT
The animation that appears when hovering over the inactive tab flickers.
EXPECTED RESULT
The animation appears smoothly when hovering over the inactive tab.
