Summary: I did a fresh install and tried to shut down and it
takes me back to the login screen. I checked the
desktop session and default leave option is not there
in the latest version of Plasma! So, how can I set the
default leave option to shut down?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop and select shut down.

OBSERVED RESULT
Every time it just logs me out. it does NOT shut down the computer.
EXPECTED RESULT
When I tell the computer to shut down I expect it to shut down. When I tell it
to shut down it should NOT just log me out or lock the screen!
