KCalc is not installed but Discover says KCalc is installed

I know that Kcalc app officially is not included in KDE and a user has to
install it. let's see how an inexperienced user would do with Discover app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I go to Discover and search for "calculator"
2. I see that it has already been installed. I check that and see that I do not
have this app installed.
3. if i click "Remove" that will remove some useful additional packages. Which
i did not of course. I have it installed via a command line

OBSERVED RESULT
this is not what a friendly os should do.

EXPECTED RESULT
it is expected that Calculator should be present as default app installed. Or!
any user should install it by himself via Discover app but not in that way as i
described.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 15.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i have a fresh KDE installation. this is not an update from the older versions
