There seems to be issue with `ca-certificates`, reinstalling it with `sudo apt
install --reinstall ca-certificates` fixed it.

It's note worthy that similar issue is happening to the KDE browser
integration. When I install it on Brave browser (which is based on chromium),
playing youtube video afterward just crashes plasma session,
