Thanks. After you reboot, do you see an actual notification? Perhaps one about
a failed offline update? If not, might thie be because you somehow disabled
Discover's notifications or you're in Do Not Disturb mode?

Ok, that's a system tray icon, not a notification. And if you click it, it will
prompt you to reboot, right? Are you saying that after you reboot, it's still
there?
