SUMMARY
Bug currently in Elisa master branch, see attached video

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Elisa on a touch screen, add enough songs to playlist that it becomes
scollable
2. Scroll to the very bottom of the playlist, overshooting a bit to trigger the
rubber band effect
3. Profit

OBSERVED RESULT
The playlist view doesn't stop jittering by itself, only after scrolling again
manually

EXPECTED RESULT
After the rubber band animation the playlist should remain still
