SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click and hold on the header resize handle
2. Move mouse upwards (to shrink header)
3. Move mouse above the window

OBSERVED RESULT
When mouse is moved out of the window, the header snaps back to its maximized
state.

EXPECTED RESULT
When mouse is moved out of the window, the header stays in its minimized state.
