SUMMARY
If I add an own search machine and add e.g. "?fs=%s" then it will be extended
to "?fs=%25s" w/o replacing "%s" with the search string like described in the
dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings - others - manage search machine
2. Add an search string manually
3. Select the search machine in the search field
4. Add search string
5. See the link :-(
