STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  click on "Timers"
2.  click on "New Timer"
3.  set "Command at timeout:" to 
notify-send 'Hello world!' 'This is an example notification.'
--icon=dialog-information
4. click on "Done"
5. click on the new timer
6. click on "Start"
7. wait till the timer finishes

OBSERVED RESULT
No notification named 'Hello world!'

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification named 'Hello world!' should appear.
