            Bug ID: 401425
Summary: When laptop screen is closed external screen doesn't
show contents of the main one
           Product: KScreen
           Version: 5.14.3
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: common
          Assignee: se...@kde.org
          Reporter: sun...@hotmail.ru
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
If i close latop screen when connected to the TV it no longer shows laptop
screen on the TV but the extended part only.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect TV/Monitor to laptop via DP -> HDMI (in my case)
2. Extend screen to the TV/Monitor
3. Open something like video player(it can be anything or nothing but for more
visibility it better be some window)
4. Close laptop screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Video isn't shown on TV, you're still seeing the extended part of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Video is shown on TV, the extended part is replaced by main laptop screen.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
the latest Manjaro - 5.14.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I understand that maybe for some this is exactly what they want. But could you
bring the previous behaviour as well, as an option on the widget? Like a
checkbox that says something like "Show main screen on secondary display when
laptop is closed".

Also i wasn't using this function for some time, the latest one was 5.11 and it
worked back then.
