SUMMARY
If you set the primary display on right of a secondary display, wen you plug
the secondary display windows from the main display jump on the left one, where
they should stay on the primary one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open display configuration while 2 displays are plugged.
2. Put your primary display (in my case, laptop screen) on the right of the
secondary one (in my case hdmi-plugged monitor).
3. Unplug secondary display.
4. Open some windows.
5. Plug secondary windows.
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows jump to the secondary display.
EXPECTED RESULT
Primary display should remain identical in every way. Secondary display,
whatever its position, should be empty when plugged.
