apps running on Xwayland are blurry always. at 200%
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any X11 app (any electron app)
OBSERVED RESULT
blurry rendering
EXPECTED RESULT
perfect rendering

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I saw bug #412088 refering to blurry rendering on non integer scales. This is
for integer scales (200%)
