            Bug ID: 441653
Summary: Can't parse output name if it contains "dot".
           Product: KScreen
           Version: 5.22.4
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: libkscreen
          Assignee: kscreen-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: msentun...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

I have 2 Dell monitors, "kscreen-doctor -o" gives following output for me:

Output: 1 Dell Inc. DELL P4317Q/V7M4J83D02SL enabled connected ......
Output: 2 Dell Inc. DELL U2412M/0FFXD2CM344L enabled connected .....

Output name contains a "." character in it, so I can't change any output option
with kscreen-doctor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change output property for an output which has a "." in it's name.

OBSERVED RESULT

$> kscreen-doctor output."Dell Inc. DELL P4317Q/V7M4J83D02SL".position.0,0
kscreen.kwayland: Loading Wayland backend.
Unable to parse output id: Dell Inc

EXPECTED RESULT
kscreen-doctor should parse outputs which has "." in it's name.
