when I set the PHONON_BACKEND, amarok still using the primary settings in user
config.
It should load user prefered backend rather than first backend in system
settings.
1. using PHONON_DEBUG=5 PHONON_BACKEND_DEBUG=5 PHONON_BACKEND=phonon_vlc amarok
if you are using gstreamer as backend.
2. you will found the console show amarok still using gstreamer rather than
phonon_vlc.
