Since updating Spectacle 20.04.3 -> 20.07.80 I noticed my scripts stopped
working and --output is being completely ignored and they end up in ~/Pictures.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Spectacle 20.07.80
2. Run `spectacle --background --output test.png`
3. Find ~/Pictures/Screenshot_*.png instead
OBSERVED RESULT
The --output flag is completely ignored
