Also I noticed that windows opens without titlebar and it only appears after I
move window holding Meta button somewhere else.

Is there any way to track window state changes (under wayland specifically) in
kwin?
Preferably without compilation because I'd rather not.

I didn't know that settings to change this exist so apparently something that
is on by default.
I there any info I can add to make sure that it is reproducible?
