Then you're using an old version from before we made Spectacle remember the
toolbar's position. I would recommend upgrading.

At least the position is absolutely unfortunate.
I have to drag it away EVERY TIME. I don't do anything special, so I bet a lot
of people have the issue.
And it DOES NOT remember the position after spectacle is closed and
