GNOME top left corner with XWaylandVideoBridge installed

SUMMARY
On a fully updated Fedora 40 pre-release system, if I have GNOME and KDE both
installed (first installing Fedora Workstation, then 'sudo dnf groupinstall
@kde'), a blank window artifact is shown when logging into a GNOME session

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Fedora Workstation 40 pre-release
2. `sudo dnf groupinstall @kde`
3. Log into KDE
4. Log into GNOME

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
No video artifact, see second attachment which is taken after uninstalling
xwaylandvideobridge
