The reasons are simple :
1/ Exiv2 shared library do not support yet CR3 file format. There is an
upstream bug open here:
https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/issues/236
2/ Libraw shared library do not support yet last Canon camera models with CR3
files (as EOS-R5). Check well the camera models listed in Help/Raw Camera
Support dialog. Look also this other report:
