You don't need to create it, Xmp.dc.subject is present in tags by default, just
move it to the top position with the buttons.

just tried , but still don't see the tags in digikam in the icon or properties

However, Xmp.dc.subject should not be in captions, but in tags. If they made
these changes on purpose, they are wrong.
