after installing DebugView, digiKam also started.

Here in my office digiKam is installed under Windows 10 with native Microsoft
antivirus without any tune. It's start properly.
I also tried with the Norton AV on another PC, and all is fine.

When I start the digiKam.exe directly as Admin, the landing page
appears, says it reads all data then disappears and that is

my exe-file is "digiKam-8.3.0-Win64.exe"
I had the same problem with 8.2.0

The file is intended to have this one setting only, all other settings use the
default values.
Which digikam EXE have you installed exactly? Please post the complete file
name.

Thank you, I am not so familiar with these tools.
However, as requested I have replaced my old file "digikam_systemrc"
with the file found in the bug report.
Yet, it does not change the behaviour of digiKam.
