This is more or less an internal thing of QCompleter. This closes the popup (so
that it doesn't remain open, there were bug reports about this in Qt5 in the Qt
bug tracker) and sends the last selection. We use this selection, in principle
the process could only be canceled with ESC, the selection in the popup would
generally be adopted.
