yes it is i got it working.
but it is only displayed in the Tools menu or the toolbar, not the right click
as with Kompare

The patch continues to work fine here.
My guess is that you're using a diff/compare plugin, which the patch doesn't
affect. It only affects the built-in Compare Files action, available under the
