This sounds like you enabled the global menu. Then applications no longer
handle the menu bar themselves.

sorry, den Bewertungen im (ungewohnten) GNOME-Desktop der Softwareverwaltung,
meinte ich entnommen zu haben, dass der Dolphin aus dem Flatpak stammt.

The Super User Dolphin displays the menu bar instead of the hamburger menu (top
right of the window) after pressing the shortcut Ctrl+M.
