Alright - so the icon size is 22x22. I also checked the other icon sizes and
for those, the icons don't seem to be blurry (regardless of whether I chose
larger or smaller icons). So it seems that this issue (for

2. No - I am using both of my monitors with their native resolution (1920x1080)
3. I just checked KWrite and in the Save As dialog, the icons are sharp as
