SUMMARY
after updating to the new plasma 6 if I use x11 session and open dolphin and
then minimize the dolphin window in the kde panel and resume it the resource
and information side panels disappear
with wayland session no problem

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. minimize dolphin to kde panel
3. resume dolphin window
