SUMMARY
This is a supported behavior and makes sense in certain situations (such as
when the main action is really important but is unavailable in certain
conditions)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have main and left action
2. Make main action invisible
OBSERVED RESULT
Left button is not padded on the right
EXPECTED RESULT
Left action is padded on the right as much as on the left
