Place "Clear History" button on Notifications main panel in order to be
accessed faster or make this configurable.
With the new version I had to figure out how to do it and takes more actions to
do it as an user must figure out the burger menu owns it now.
It sounds lazy, but it's unproductive to need opening a menu, then selecting it
than simply clicking on it directly, as before.
