The bottom 2 notification box corners not rounded

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Breeze Dark theme to Plasma desktop
2. Try to send a test notification: notify-send "Test Notification"
OBSERVED RESULT
The bottom 2 corners are not fully rounded.
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the bottom two corners to be perfectly rounded.
