Due to buffering, kwallet actually requests 16384 bytes of entropy to the
system instead of exactly what it needs.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
Requests at least 16384 bytes of entropy
Expected Results:
Request only the needed entropy to the OS, as high quality entropy is a very
limited, global resource.
