SUMMARY
When waking the desktop from being locked or sleep after some time, new windows
or alerts create black boxes over a majority of the desktop, clicking to an
existing window or on the desktop clears these boxes.
Only thing I've attempted to remedy this is to do `kquitapp5 plasmashell` and
then `kstart5 plasmashell` this doesn't seem to solve the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock or sleep the device
2. Wake the device and login
3. Create a new window or generate an alert
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop gets covered by black boxes/artifacts.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop remains visible and no boxes are generated.
