Also I can't drag picture with Wacom pen when it is scaled. I think the root of
this issue is the same, so I add comment instead posting new bug report.

Same problem with newer Gwenview in Mageia 8 and Manjaro 21.07 releases
(contains QT 5.15.2). Can’t change crop area with Wacom Intuos Draw Pen S North
White (CTL-490DW-N).

Only Exec= option was changed in virtualbox.desktop
Exec=QT_XCB_TABLET_LEGACY_COORDINATES=1 VirtualBox %U
in /usr/share/applications/virtualbox.desktop does the trick - I can use Wacom

Solution: Exec=bash -c 'QT_XCB_TABLET_LEGACY_COORDINATES=1 VirtualBox %U'
