Unfortunately, this regression is still in gwenview
21.12.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu21.10~ppa1.
The thumbnail cache is not used and rebuilt every time I start gwenview in a
folder with images, and thumbnail generation

The thumbnail cache seems to be broken. Everytime I start again gwenview all
thumbnails have to be created again.
