SUMMARY
When starting Kalendar, all calendars are disabled and require manual
re-enabling. This seems to happen when Kalendar is not open and I import an
event through an .ics file.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an .ics file using Kalendar
2. Import event into existing calendar
OBSERVED RESULT
All calendars are disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Calendars are shown according to how the user set them up.
