SUMMARY
Ctrl-click on an identifier should jump to the declaration (or the definition
if a declaration is unavailable — some language servers such as
typescript-language-server don't seem to report declarations), as is common in
IDEs. Ideally it should also highlight an identifier on hover if a declaration
or definition is available.
